Bing Zheng, male, Han nationality, born in October 1957, is from Changchun, Jilin. He started working in July 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1983. He is a doctor of philosophy, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He has successively served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Jilin University, president and party secretary of the Jilin Academy of Social Sciences (Social Science Federation), president and party secretary of Jilin Daily, member of the Standing Committee of the Jilin University Party Committee, and executive vice president. He is currently the deputy director of the Academic Affairs Committee of Jilin University and the president of the Northeast Revitalization and Development Research Institute. The spring breeze turns into rain, and everything is prosperous. On the afternoon of May 27, the former Executive Vice President of Jilin University Bing Zheng and his delegation came to Guanghuatong Automobile Group for guidance and gave a keynote speech on "New Productivity and the Changes of Contemporary China's Urban and Rural Society".
